The Board of Directors oversees the financial and physical needs of the property. Managers are available to give you details of the workings of the Market. They will give you a complete packet of information concerning the leasing of space in the building.
In general, a booth renter is an individual who holds a city sales tax license and who rents space within the building. Your product should reflect our original plans to offer quality local home-made, hand-made, home-grown, and collectible items.
Besides meeting these requirements, a booth renter is required to work 1 or 2 days for each booth he/she rents. This is important because the booth renter will begin to build a clientele and will also gather important information on the crafting of new items to add to the inventory. The Market is open for business from 10:00-5:00 Monday through Saturday, and Sunday from 12:00-5:00.
